Quite a special punch. Reserved for such celebratory occasions as when the regiment won the polo tournaments.

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4

Method

  1. Place the juices in a bowl and stir in the sugar.
  2. Add the rum, cointreau and claret.
  3. Place a block of ice in the bowl and pour in the champagne and soda water.
