Ingredients

  • ½ lb green beans, cut in half, lengthwise
  • 2 lb cauliflower, cut into florets

Method

  1. Place the beans in a sieve and immerse them in boiling water for 3 minutes or until they are tender and pliable. Drain, refresh under cold running water, drain again and set aside.
  2. Add the cauliflower to a large pan of boiling water, and cook until tender (about 8 minutes). Drain, rinse in cold water, drain again and place in the container of a food processor o
