Method
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C). Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Use an electric mixer at high speed to beat the egg whites in a medium bowl until frothy. Beat in the cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
