  • 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C). Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Use an electric mixer at high speed to beat the egg whites in a medium bowl until frothy. Beat in the cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
