Method
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together the flour and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
- Combine ½ cup (120 ml) water and the oil in a heavy medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil.
