  • 1 cup (240 ml) nonfat milk
  • 1 small ripe banana, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Blend the milk, banana, and chocolate extract in a blender or food processor. Scrape down the sides. With the motor running, add the ice cubes one at a time, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
