Method

  1. Add the cold water to a food processor with the blade removed. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water. Let stand for 1 minute to soften. Put the blade back in the food processor, add the boiling water and process until the gelatin is completely dissolved, scraping down the sides once.
  2. Add the pumpkin, milk powder, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and maple extract; proce
