Pork ribs (preferably whole prime ribs) 600 g, cut into 1-cm pieces

Method

  • Marinate pork ribs with salted black beans, chillies, spring onions, garlic and young ginger. Add seasoning to taste. Add corn flour to bind lightly. Set aside.
