Ready-to-eat shark’s fin 40 g

Method

  • Combine filling ingredients except corn flour. Mix in seasoning to taste. Add corn flour to bind lightly. Set aside.
  • Prepare bird’s nest sauce. Cook bird’s nest briefly in stock. Season with salt and thicken lightly with corn flour mixture. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare har gau dough
