Glutinous rice 600 g, washed, soaked overnight and drained

Method

  • Cook glutinous rice in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain and rinse to remove excess starch. Drain well.
  • Spread rice over a steaming plate and steam for 15 minutes until partially cooked.
