Method
- Cream ground black sesame seeds, green tea powder, sugar and butter together to form a paste. Set aside.
- Combine dough ingredients to form a soft dough. Roll it out into a long cylinder and cut into 40 equal pieces.
- Flatten each dough piece into a thin, round skin. Spoon some paste onto each skin and enclose filling. Roll into balls using both hands.
