Sugar cane juice 600 ml
Gelatine powder tsp
Sugar to taste

Method

  • Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.
  • Strain mixture into a 18 x 18-cm tray. Allow to cool then chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  • Cut into bite-sized pieces and garnish with fruits as preferred.
