Adrian Klonowski’s Steamed Buns

If you’re ever in Bangkok, you’d be lucky to meet the chef and baker Adrian Klonowski. Originally from Gdańsk, he’s one of the true sweethearts in the food world, always with a big smile and something delicious to share. Back in 2020, when he got stuck in Bangkok at the start of the pandemic, he turned lemons into lemonade and opened a bakery and deli, Larder BK, serving Polish sourdough breads and house-made smoked meats alongside Asian additions like shokupan, to a predom
