Tangy Dijon mustard and savoury soy sauce compliment the sweet fragrance of beef. This delicious mix of eastern and western flavours goes very well with steaming white rice.

Ingredients

  • Beef chips 140 g (5 oz), thinly sliced
  • Koikuchi soy sauce 1

Method

  1. Marinate beef with 1 tsp koikuchi soy sauce and sake for 5 minutes.
  2. De-string celery and slice diagonally.
  3. Mix seasoning ingredients together. Set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry beef until it partially browns. Mix in seasoning.
  5. Add cele
