  • About

Sweet pork belly and rich butter with the refreshing flavour of shiso leaves create an appetising fragrance.

Ingredients

  • Shiso leaves 12
  • Canola oil 1 tsp
  • Pork belly steak 250

Method

  1. Finely shred shiso leaves. Set half of the shredded shiso aside for garnishing.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Pan-fry pork belly on both sides. Remove from heat when browned. If pan is sticky, wipe with a paper towel.
