This is a simple meal that tastes as great as it looks. Grilled salmon does not need a lot of time and effort to prepare, and is a healthy flavourful dish that satisfies anytime.

Ingredients

  • Sea salt ½ tsp
  • Salmon fillets 2, each about 150 g (

Method

  1. Sprinkle sea salt all over salmon fillets. Leave for 30 minutes. Rinse away salt and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix soy marinade ingredients together. Leave salmon fillets to steep in soy marinade overnight.
  3. Heat and grease grill. If you do not have a grill, use a non-stick frying pan lined with greased aluminum foil. Grill salmon fillets until done.
