  • 1 cup (4 oz/125 g) confectioners’ sugar

Method

In a bowl, stir together the confectioners’ sugar and maple syrup until well blended. Add the cream and whisk until smooth. Add a few more drops of cream or water if needed to make a smooth glaze that is easy to spread but thick enough to cling to the bars. Use right away.
