These unique, beautifully shaped, half-size donuts are created by cutting slits into the tops of balls of yeast dough; while rising, the sections open like the blossoms of a flower. Orange-flower water, distilled from orange blossoms, scents the dipping glaze, and orange zest in the dough marries the citrus flavors.
