Imagine a honey-sweetened corn muffin with a super-crisp crust and you have an idea of what these hearty donuts deliver. Using cornmeal adds both a sweet, nutty flavor and a satisfying crunch. For more honey flavor, brush the outside of the cooked donuts with warm honey before dusting with confectioners' sugar.
