Ancho chile powder has a deep flavor and a subtle heat that marries well with chocolate, and likewise these chocolate donuts. If desired, you can increase the amount of chile powder to suit your taste, but take care that the chiles do not overpower the chocolate and create nothing but a hot, spicy result.
