Banana fritters are a Southeast Asian treat consisting of bananas dipped in batter and then deep-fried into a tiny, tasty treat. If you can't find palm sugar, also known as coconut sugar, brown sugar can be substituted. For an indulgent dessert, serve them alongside coconut-flavored ice cream or mango sorbet.
