In a large bowl dissolve yeast in ½ cup warm water. Add shortening, sugar, salt, soup, the can of water, and 3 cups of flour. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Add eggs and beat for 1 minute longer. Stir in celery and caraway seeds. Add enough flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
