Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry fillets; lay flat in an 8½" × 12" baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fish, season, and add parsley. Layer artichokes, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese over the fish.
