  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)

Method

Remove salmon from can; drain off liquid and discard. Remove all bones and skin. Place salmon in glass bowl. Add sliced onions.

In a bowl mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour over salmon. Toss gently. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce leaf.
