Ingredients

  • 4 thick salmon steaks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. green peppercorns (in water)

Method

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Squeeze peppercorns between fingers and rub over steaks, mashing them into the fish. Brush with butter. Place on hot grill. Turn from side to side until steaks are nice and flaky, about 15 minutes.
