  • Salt and pepper

Method

Season fish with salt and pepper. Shake fish in corn flour, coating well.

Heat oil in frying pan. Place fish in hot oil. Fry until golden on each side, about 10 minutes. Drain fish on paper towels. Serve with chilled potato salad.
