Mix milk, water, and egg. Pour mixture over trout fillets. Let soak for about 5 minutes. Mix flour, salt, white pepper, and ½ cup of the chopped almonds. Take fillets and press them well in flour mixture. Make sure almonds stick firmly to fish.
Heat 1 cup of the butter in frying pan. Place fish in hot butter and cook until light brown on both sides. Be careful not to get butter too hot.
