Mix gelatin in cup of cold water and dissolve well. Heat gelatin until all is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add salt, cayenne pepper, and mustard; let cool. Add lemon juice and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Beat in the mayonnaise and add celery, olives, dillweed, parsley, and capers. Gently toss in crab meat. Pour into a 3-cup mold.
