  • 4 slices stale bread
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb.

Method

Place bread in a deep dish. Pour water over bread and let soak until bread is a soft pulp. Set aside. Spread crab meat on pan. Pick all the shell particles from meat. Set aside.

In a heavy pot, heat oil. Add onions and celery; cook until onions are clear. Squeeze all excess water from bread and add bread to onion mixture. Stir well; add salt, cayenne, garlic, parsley, and paprika. Stir;
