  • 12 nice plump salty oysters
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. b

Method

Drain liquid from oysters. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Mix pepper in corn flour. If oysters are not salty, add ½ teaspoon salt to corn flour. Shake oysters in corn flour. Drop oysters in hot oil and fry for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden. Be careful not to overfry.
