Mix eggs and milk; beat in salt and pepper. Pour over liver and let soak for about 10 minutes. Heat skillet; lay bacon strips in hot skillet. Brown bacon and remove. Lay out on paper on towels. Lower heat.
Take liver out of marinade. Pat in bread crumbs, covering well. Brown liver in bacon fat, turning to brown on both sides. Lay on hot platter. Place bacon over liver; serve.
