Place gizzards in pot and add water to cover. Bring to boil and let boil for 10 minutes. Add livers to the pot and continue to boil for another 5 minutes—water should be just about boiled out. Set aside. In a thick pot, melt margarine. Add ground beef and sausage and mix together well. Add onions, garlic, celery, and green pepper. Let cook over medium heat.
