Pound cutlets out. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Mix milk, water, and beaten eggs. Pour over cutlets, making sure to cover each one. Let sit for several minutes. Mix bread crumbs with paprika. Dredge cutlets in bread crumbs, covering each cutlet on both sides. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
