  • 4 5-oz. chicken breasts
  • tbsp. green peppercorns in water

Method

Raise skin on chicken breasts and place peppercorns under skin of each breast. Form breasts into loose rolls. Season chicken with 1 teaspoon of the salt and 1 teaspoon of the white pepper and sprinkle with paprika.

Melt butter in large skillet. Place chicken breasts in hot butter. Brown slightly on all sides. Cook for 5 or 6 minutes. Add water, carrots, and peas; cover and simmer for 10
