Pull all fat from chicken. Melt chicken fat in small pot. Sprinkle the tablespoon of salt and the white pepper on all sides of chicken. Shake chicken in flour, coating all pieces well. Pour melted chicken fat plus margarine in a Magnalite chicken fryer and heat. Place chicken parts in hot fat. Brown on all sides; remove chicken and set aside.
