  • 1 lb. chicken livers
  • 2 tbsp. melted chicken fat

Method

Sauté chicken livers in melted fat with green onions and celery. Cook until livers are done and onions are clear. Mix gelatin in water until well dissolved and add to liver mixture. Stir mixture well to avoid clumps. Cook for 5 minutes on a slow heat.

Add chopped egg, Worcestershire sauce, olives, Tabasco, salt, and cayenne. Mix well. Remove mixture from heat and place in blender in sma
