  • 1 4-oz. veal cutlet
  • Black pepper
  • ½ onion (sliced)

Method

Pound veal very thin (if you don’t have a meat tenderizer, the bottom of a bottle will pound the veal perfectly). Sprinkle veal with black pepper. Heat skillet and spray with cooking spray. Place veal in hot skillet. Turn twice. Veal should not take long to cook. Lower heat. Add onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Add green peppers, tomato, garlic, basil, parsley, and crushed red pepper.
