  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup uncooked long-grain ri

Method

Cut tops from tomatoes and remove pulp. In a 1-quart saucepot, boil water then add rice and tomato pulp. Cook until rice is tender. In a skillet, sauté celery in butter; add garlic. Stir for 4 minutes. Add mashed egg yolks. Stir well; add milk and bread crumbs. Stir, add seasonings, toss rice mixture into seasonings, and stir well. Stuff tomatoes, replace the tops, and place tomatoes in a bakin
