Place peeled onions in boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove onions from water and cool. With a grapefruit knife, remove insides from onions, leaving ¼-inch shell. Chop insides of onions and set aside. In heavy skillet melt margarine; add ground meat and sausage meat. Mix meats together well while cooking.
