Pecan Drops

• 2 large egg whites
• ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed firmly)
• ½ tsp.

Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Beat in brown sugar and vanilla. Do not overbeat. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoon on greased aluminum foil on cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Turn oven off. Let drops remain in oven for another 30
