I was 18 when I first tasted these Crispy Shrimp Dumplings. My late grandmother, late parents, aunt, my brother, and I visited my uncle and his family in Hong Kong. My uncle is a huge foodie, so much so that his office was located right above a renowned dim sum restaurant, which, not coincidentally, was his favorite restaurant in Hong Kong.
