Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 9-by-12-inch baking dish.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and sauté the onion, peppers and garlic until soft.
  4. Add the collard greens, Creole seasoning and pepper.
  5. Coo
