- ⅔ cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
- ½ Hass avocado
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk to thin it out, if necessary.
- Adjust seasonings.
- Serve with your favorite toppings: raspberries, bananas, chocolate goji berries, pecans, toasted coconut. The choices are endless. Have fun mixing it up!
