Ingredients

  • 4 pieces fresh conch, tenderized and diced (If you don’t have a tenderizer at home, you can ask the fishmonger at the market to do it for you. I like to have mine run through the machine twice to make sure it’s extra tender.)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and adjust seasonings.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator, and serve.
