Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 2 t

Method

  1. Combine watermelon and blueberries in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, ginger, rice wine vinegar, ponzu, fish sauce, honey and Sriracha.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the watermelon and blueberries.
  5. Fold in the mint and cilantro.
  6. Adjust seasonings and serve.
