  • ½ pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Method

  1. Heat two tablespoons of the coconut oil over medium heat in a large sauté pan.
  2. Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook until opaque.
  3. Remove the shrimp from the pan, and reserve until ready for use.
