  • 10 large scallops
  • tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Season scallops with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt tablespoons unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add scallops, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and transfer scallops to a plate. Set
