Every student cookery book wangs on about pasta, but an easy way to switch it up is to use gnocchi. It uses a similar method, however these little potato dumplings of joy are a great point of difference. If you don’t have a bag of fresh spinach, use any veg you have in the freezer – spinach, peas or broccoli.
