One for you weightlifters out there! As much as I love a dirty burger, my obsession never helped me sculpt my body to its optimum capacity. Since watching Game Changers on Netflix, I’ve realised eating vegan would have helped me on that front. I’m hoping this recipe will enable you to achieve a better sporting legacy than me at uni.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 400 g tins baked beans
  • 100 g breadcrumbs (from a packet or crumble up your own from stale bread)

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to high.
  2. Empty the tins of beans into a sieve and rinse under running water for 2 minutes, discarding the sauce. Drain well.
  3. Place the beans into a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and jerk seasoning and crush with a fork. Shape into four even burger patties. Put in the fridge for an hour so the burger mix firms up.
  4. In the meantim
