This is one of my favourite recipes as you take the most stereotypically ‘student’ meal and turn it into something genuinely a bit gourmet. Seriously, you could serve this up on a date. Here’s the thing: everyone loves beans on toast, but it has a rap for being the lazy option. Serve this up with pride, give it the fanciest name you can think of, maybe light a candle or two, and enjoy.
