When done right this looks awesome. I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating with your hands like a normal hotdog, though!

Ingredients

  • 4 rashers of bacon, finely chopped
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 knobs of butter<

Method

  1. While the potatoes are baking, fry the bacon in a frying pan until crisp.
  2. Cook your hot dogs according to the packet instructions.
  3. Cut a wedge out of each hot potato along its length, big enough to fit a hot dog. Fluff up the soft potato with a fork, season and add a knob of butter to each.
  4. Slot a hot dog into each baked potato, scatter over
